Account ManagementWhen a login account is provided, it is for your personal use only. Please do not divulge the password to any other person, and please take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people. Accounts may not be shared by more than one family or household. Suspicious activity such as multiple simultaneous logins on the same account may result in your account being suspended. Upon placing your order you have entered into a contract with us for a period of one year at a time and the fees paid during that period are non-refundable. You may cancel your contract at any time in writing or by email. Your contract will then terminate at the end of the year-long billing period. No part refunds will be issued. Subscriptions are automatically renewed after each year billing period. Cancel at anytime beforehand to stop renewal. Subscriptions can also be cancelled up to 30 days after auto renewal with no cancellation fee and full return of monies. LiabilityWe will always correct content where mistakes are found, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content provided, and it is for you to verify and be satisfied with the material you view. HMDMH provides an information service and you accept that we take no responsibility for the way you use the information you view. We make no guarantees as to the resolution and quality of the digital content when streaming. The quality and speed of your stream of digital content has many different variables, including your connection speed, location, download speeds, devices, player and bandwidth. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall our liability exceed the invoice value of any goods or services provided.
