This page tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.helpmedomyhomework.co.uk (Help me do my Homework, also referred to here as HMDMH, we, us or our) whether as a guest or a registered user/subscriber. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please don’t use our site.

 Copyright and Intellectual Property

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our site, and the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may watch our  video tutorials as many times as you like during your subscription, but you may not download or copy them by any means whatsoever.

You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

 Account Management

When a login account is provided, it is for your personal use only. Please do not divulge the password to any other person, and please take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.

Accounts may not be shared by more than one family or household. Suspicious activity such as multiple simultaneous logins on the same account may result in your account being suspended.

When a login account is provided, we reserve the right to add additional regulations and general conduct terms.

All accounts are payable in advance. Upon placing your order you have entered into a contract with us for a period of one year at a time and the fees paid during that period are non-refundable.

You may cancel your contract at any time in writing or by email. Your contract will then terminate at the end of the year-long billing period. No part refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed after each year billing period. Cancel at anytime beforehand to stop renewal. Subscriptions can also be cancelled up to 30 days after auto renewal with no cancellation fee and full return of monies.

 Liability

We will always correct content where mistakes are found, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content provided, and it is for you to verify and be satisfied with the material you view. HMDMH provides an information service and you accept that we take no responsibility for the way you use the information you view.

We make no guarantees as to the resolution and quality of the digital content when streaming. The quality and speed of your stream of digital content has many different variables, including your connection speed, location, download speeds, devices, player and bandwidth.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall our liability exceed the invoice value of any goods or services provided.

We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.

Confidentiality / Privacy Policy

We collect information from you when you purchase products to enable us to process your order and also to be able to get in touch with you in the rare event of any problems or if you have indicated you are interested in hearing from us. We shall not knowingly disclose this information to any third party.

When you pay for goods and services with us, we do not collect or hold your credit or payment card details.  

Any personal financial data that you submit as a part of any payment for our products is handled entirely by secure payment gateway providers, either WorldPay or Stripe using their secure servers. We cannot see your financial information. 

We need to obtain enough information to be able to invoice our customers and send these invoices via email on initial subscription and then annually on renewal. 

We will usually ask you for your name and contact details, including physical address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We never share your personal information with third parties. We will only ever send you information on offers that relate only to Help me do my Homework where you have expressly indicated you would like to receive these when initially subscribing. When you tell us not to, we will stop.

We, Help me do my Homework regard your privacy as extremely important. Information we collect from you, where you choose to provide it to us, enables us to send you information about products and services in which you register an interest. By providing us with your information you consent to us processing it for this purpose. We will not pass it on to any third party. By visiting our website, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, sign up for any regular newsletter, information services, web forum or consultancy, search for a product and when you report a problem with our site or otherwise contact us.
